My name is Mandeep Kaur Sandhu ( OR Mandy). I have over 10+ years of industry experience for providing database services within diverse industries. My interests range from multi-platform database platforms to doing most with data. Proficient in Oracle, MySQL, BigData and worked for University Of Auckland, New Zealand as a Database Engineer.
Recently I moved to Xero as a Data Platform Specialist and will be working more on AWS cloud technology.
I am also focused on WIT, (Women in Technology) as I feel that we’ll soon have a large number of STEM opportunities left unfilled in technology due to lacking technical education in schools and support in community.
In spare time I love cooking, watching movies and of course shopping 🙂
